Diabase sandstone processing plant

Diabase is the first-class building material, which is mainly composed of basic plagioclase and common pyroxene. It has typical diabase structure and massive structure, and mostly occurs as dyke, dyke and rock bed. It can be used as building stone or craft stone. It is the raw material of casting stone. Even texture, no cracks can be used as stone materials, fine-grained is preferred.

 

Diabase crushing equipment

For the mining and crushing of diabase to the required fineness, we usually use jaw crusher as the first diabase crusher, and impact crusher or cone crusher are commonly used as secondary or tertiary diabase crusher. In the whole diabase crushing plant, we use vibrating feeder to transport materials to the designated machine. The vibrating screen machine can separate the types of finished products.

Diabase processing flow

Large diabase materials are uniformly crushed by feeder through hopper vibration, and then gradually fed into jaw crusher.

After first crush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush.

The broken diabase material is then transferred to a vibrating screen for separation. After separation, the parts meeting the standard will be removed as the final product, while other parts will be returned to the impact crusher, forming a closed circuit.

Size of final products can be combined and graded according to your specific requirement.
